EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Our client, Australia’s leading Defence Consultancy is now offering an exciting Canberra based Project Management opportunity for candidates with extensive experience in Business Development.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

University qualified (preferred but not mandatory
5 years of sales experience
Demonstrated experience working within the Services industry
A proven track record of closing sales.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the sales team to achieve/exceed team sales targets.
Identify market leads and work to convert to long term profitable business
Champion brand creation and brand strategic management
Drive efficiencies within the sales process to effect lean, effective sales activities
Develop close relationships with key clients
Champion customer relationship management initiatives.

To be eligible to apply, you must be an Australian Citizen and preferably hold or be eligible to obtain a Security Clearance from the Department of Defence.
