Defence Directions Pty Limited is bound by the National Privacy Principles and has no exemptions

COLLECTION

Personal information will only be collected to the extent necessary by lawful and fair means. Your information will be stored in our in-house database which has restricted access. Information received from you is collected via various methods for example registration, interview etc. Information collected may include, but is not limited to, your name, address, email address, phone and fax numbers, employment history and qualifications. Your information is accessible on request to Defence Directions Pty Limited.

Your information will not be disclosed to our clients without your express consent. Our clients are individuals or organisations for whom we recruit.   Should you choose not to provide Defence Directions Pty Limited with information it may limit our ability to locate suitable work for you.

USE AND DISCLOSURE

Personal information will only be used:

 b) for a directly related purpose;
 c) for use or disclosure that is required by law;
 d) if the use is necessary to prevent or lessen the serious threat to life or safety

IDENTIFIERS

We do not use identifiers assigned by an agency or bodies outside of Defence Directions Pty Limited.
